I'll say that's a success story!!

We don't always have to accomplish something on our own, ya know.
What I've learned to do is recognize the symptoms of a panic attack and say "Ok, so my adrenaline is rushing. Let 'er rip! It can't last forever." ... and it doesn't, especially when I just let the feelings come and go. Slow, deep breathing helps a whole lot, too.
