My pdoc is very hard to get a hold of. If I have an issue between appointments I have to call the call center (where I'm always in the queue), and hope I can reach a nurse who isn't seeing another client. Then I get to play phone tag, through the same freaking call center, with the nurse so I can find out what I'm supposed to do. No wonder I go to IP so much.
