I am not talking about anyone of here- but-
I think some people can see thru the delusional ideas of people with NPD. Some NPDs throw temper tantrums and can appear very childlike and spoiled.

What you wrote is something I've definitely found to be true in my experiences with narcissists, they can be very childlike, spoiled, etc. I think it's the nature of the disorder with the whole entitlement issue, "I want what I want when I want it, which is RIGHT NOW!!!" I'm not saying that to insult narcissists, it's just what I've observed.
Delusional ideas, I haven't seen that in every narcissist I've met unless you want to call their grandiosity delusional(I would call that more pseudo-delusional than actually delusional). But in a couple of narcissists I've met, both "malignant", yes, they were highly delusional beings but I don't know if it was due to their narcissism or another mental illness that was comorbid along with the NPD.
