Thank you everyone for the warm welcome back. We did have a good time on vacation. I was even able to use my survival skills to compartmentalize everything before we left so I could enjoy my family. That's putting the freeze on life

I was even able to use some aspects of "The Secret" to enhance our experiences. AND had the kids and h trying the same thing. We were all relaxed and I didn't have to take any anti-anxiety meds at all! How awesome is that?

Bad things when we got back home but I'm not going to spoil a perfectly good thread with that. T and I and some wonderful friends are handling that.

That's why I haven't been here. Just self-care, nothing personal as everyone of you have been a wonderful support. But when things get really bad and the dissociation takes over - who knows where a person is.

Anyway, it's good to have my laptop and PsychCentral back
