This is a tough one...and yes sometimes it's extremely difficult to convey to others exactly what is going on with us. I can only suggest that you try to write down to the best of your ability what is happening by keeping a day to day journal...then maybe your doctor or therapist will be able to pinpoint patterns or behaviours that may be contributing to these auditory disruptions. I hope you can find some answers and relief soon.
