My therapist made a list of activities for me to accomplish. Most of the list is designed to bring pleasure into my life:

poetry
art
cooking
yoga
walking
find someone to play cards with
etc

Well, aIl haven't exactly provided a great deal of enjoyment, they haven't been disasters either. I say you should add some happy activities to you list. In my experience though some of them have been harder to do that the chores on my other list.
