It shouldn't be a problem as long as you provide a lease that states you are renting and providing for yourself. E.g. groceries and bills. If the agreement is room and board you will get less spending money a month, because ODSP assumes groceries are included in the rent.
I wouldn't tell ODSP that you are living with your parents. The less they know, the better. Just tell them what they need to know.
