i am not certain if the school you go to is entirely online or local, but even so they should have a disabilities department. i know we dont like to think of ourselves that way, but it this situation it can be an advantage. having your dr or therapist fill out a form you get from the disabilities dept, you can get extra time to do your work and any other accomodations you feel you need to be successful completing your classes. i didnt think i needed any but the dept director insisted i go so my phd wrote extra time to finish assignments, option to leave class if triggered without being penalized and not certain what else at this point. i did use the extra time once. not because i actually needed it, just during midterm week due the anxiety of having several papers due at the same time and tests to study for. i just felt better having a few more days.

so check it out and see if you have that capability at you school and what they can do to help you.
