Welcome back! As far as Wellbutrin goes, it is different from an SSRI or SNRI and is not supposed to cause mania. I've been on it for a year and a half and haven't had any problems, but I am also on lamotrigine as a mood stabilizer. As wildflowerchild said, keep an eye on it but don't get too worried. If it persists you can contact your pdoc, and if it was a one-off thing then you can relax.
