Hello. So I always get panic attacks at school and rarely at home. I had a terrible panic attack today in fact. So someone I knew said I should tell the special education office or whatever (I have an IEP because of massive anxiety). I usually get panic attacks at school once to twice a week, depending if I have band or not (which is a major trigger for me!). So apparently tomorrow I have to develop so coping strategy thing or whatever. I mean, I have tried. I know a lot of things to help prevent them, and I know some for during it, but nothing has seem to work. I would like to try something PRN for my panic attacks, but my pdoc said no to that so I move on. Does anyone else have panic attacks in school, university, college, whatever? What do you do about it? This would really help me. I have tried to go through it but I feel like crap after. Thanks for the response .
