I've been on Lexapro since 2004 along with an AP. I was pretty much depressed up until I decided to stop taking my AP in 2006 without telling my pdoc but continued with Lexapro for about a year which then made me quite manic. I finally confessed to my pdoc and he then put me back on my AP and I haven't experienced depression since 2006-7. I have not gained weight from Lexapro nor my AP.
