I noticed that about the only time I feel triggered is when I feel bad, like hungry, achy, stressed, tired, strained....
The body is craving relief, and I know it's not the relief supplies by drinking, but food, sleep, pain relievers....
She sits in her room with the door closed, and I've practically live in the living room. So I'm not exposed unless I go and visit.
The other day I went for a jog and felt better.
