Just the Lithium, it is great, (for me) better than Depakote, now I use Lamictal and it has helped a lot, I was on both but the Lamictal has better antidepressant qualites which I started to need, the Lithium had finally mellowed me out.
But everyone reacts different to meds, so you just have to try what the pdoc wants to try on you, like trying on shoes, you buy the ones that are most comfortable
