Congrats. Just because you've been with PC that long is not a bad thing. I'm sure you bring some value to the group too. You have to also remember BP and other mental illnesses have no cure. There are decent days, I wanna kill myself or someone else days and please help me days. It's good you come here to reach out and continue to be part of our family. There are medical illnesses that have no cure and I'm sure they have support groups too. Keep ya head up.
