I do think those lights are quite expensive though, so it's probably not worth it unless you obviously suffer from SAD.

I think it some respects, what gets me down more than anything weather-wise is when it isn't what it should be. i.e cool, cloudy summers or mild winters without snow...

I do tend to think things should be a certain way & when they aren't it pisses me off. Interestingly, my CPN did say I might have mild AS... so that could explain that sort of thinking. I consistently get scores that indicate I have AS on the quizzes, like more than border line...

I think it's hard to judge though as there is some overlap between AS & sz symptoms, so some of it during that time might have be to do with my psychosis... although there are certain features I've had as long as I can remember.

Who knows really...
Yes, I scored high on an Aspergers quiz too. I'm not sure what to make of that because I was never given that diagnosis.

I like warmer winter days a lot, and cooler summer days. But I grew up with extreme and weird weather so that might be why. I love those first days in February or March when the wind is chilly but it's just warm enough to smell spring in the air. Speaking of smelling, I haven't gotten my sense of smell back even though I'm no longer smoking. I hope I will.
