I'm sorry that you went through all that! Why did you move so much? People/kids usually bully because they are insecure and afraid of people bullying them so they try to become the aggressor before they become the focus of a bully. The "new kid" is the easiest target because they're new - they don't have a network of friends to support and defend them.
