If an added dose HELPS you mellow out and you can function well on it.....why would you want to change it to the lower one once you feel okay???? That's like feeling better so I will quit my meds cause I'm okay now. With Zoloft, as any med, it's not safe to self medicate. You can ask for more problems than it's worth. Ask your pdoc, or pharmacist for assistance. They can help you with your decisions.
