Hi! I'm looking for some advice. After about 10 years of issues, I'm starting to think I may have fibromyalgia. I found a quiz that asked a lot of questions, some that didn't really seem to have anything to do with widespread pain. I answered yes to most of the questions. I was in a car accident when I was 19, sprain the base of spine and got severe whiplash. It was like it never really healed. A few years after, I started having pelvic pain and was diagnosed endometriosis and PCOS. But, I don't have all the hallmark symptoms of endo, as in, when I'm not having periods because of pregnancy or nursing I still have pain. I bad headaches, almost 24/7 and I feel like my neck, shoulders and jaw are constantly "knotted up". I also have anxiety and depression, but my anxiety is weird. What I mean by this is I'm fine for a while and then something that really isn't a big deal causes me to loose it a little. I become physically ill, my stomach is so raw. Anything that I see, smell or hear during this time turns into a trigger later. Especially smell, I have so many things I have to avoid. And when I have an "episode" I have a ton of profound guilt for no reason at all. According to a few articles I've found, all of these symptoms can point to fibromyalgia. I'm almost down the line with a lot of the symptoms. Does anyone have any advice? Does this make sense? I feel like every time I try to talk to a doctor about my pain they're going to think I just want pain meds

Thanks for this!
