From what you describe, your mood shifts are all within the period of one day. Bipolar mood shifts typically last for at least a few days, if not much longer, depending on the person. If I'm not mistaken, it only takes 4 distinct mood shifts per year for a person with bipolar to be considered a "rapid cycler." What you're describing could very well be normal, or something completely different. Just my opinion
