I'm so glad you received some good news. I have auto immune problems, too and have to be very, very careful.

One of the things my Drs have me do is carry hand sanitizer and use it often, especially after being in elevators, touvhing doors, etc. I also take a product called FloraQ. It's a probiotic formula that makes sure I have enough of the good stuff in my digestive tract.
