I'll never forget the times I became so angry with the kids I lost my mind. The worst was when they were overwhelming me and I was manic as all get out and I went downstairs while they were upstairs and banged my head against the wall repeatedly. There have been plenty of due times I have SCREAMED my head off at my husband, packed his bags, driven like a lunatic. Thankfully for me, that is one thing the meds have helped me to control. In fact, when I went down to Lamictal alone, I had forgotten I had a temper altogether as I generally am so passive.
