When I was in the hospital last month I was finally diagnosed with OCD. It explains a lot. I get songs stuck in my head, majorly perfectionist, always wondering I left the curling iron on when I curled my hair, always wondering if I ran someone over, at night did I lock the door etc. Now that I know I'm not crazy what now? I am reading the book The boy who couldn't stop washing. I want to get better but don't know how. I need to learn some good relaxation techniques for when I am dealng with these things. HOW??!!
