withdrawal from medication will usually make you have the same symptoms that you initially started with, worst thing you can do is to stop abruptly, the best way is to take off very very small amounts of your medication using a pill cutter, even just taking less than a quarter could be dangerous, it is literally just a tiny crumb less per day and you might not get the withdrawal affects.

Plus that you have the stress of exams and probably a fear of failure which could be the root cause of the way you feel, once they are over and done with, you might start to feel relief and a lot better
