I am really curious how your body gets full off that little amount. One way to eat enough is to slowly increase what you eat to eventually eat an actual portion. If I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full, most days it's not a lot either but it's two meals. More than you eat but not always as much as most people. I like to follow the portion sizes which are always available.
