I find eating yogurt easier to digest when I'm not feeling too hungry, anything bread-y or chewy is difficult for me. Fruit I find easier to digest when I need something inside of me - and a glass of milk if I'm feeling sick - I have had copious amounts of coffee again this evening, largely due to stress which is creating a lack of appetite, but managed to eat a 2 egg omelete for dinner.
