Good Lord Stout, there's nothing wrong with your post. It was a great introduction. Lots of info and you seem very fun and friendly.
I have to say I know just what you mean about the unfinished papers. I have ripped mine up so many times out of frustration and anger. I have one shop class where I have to do woodworking and I can't tell you how many times i have taken projects and just broken them over my knee or the edge of the workbench.
I'm in my first year of college and you and I are, so far, pretty similar.
