I know it is hard having to take meds & take special care just to continue having a normal healthy life......but soon, it just becomes part of life....second nature. I hope that whatever it is that is the problem doesn't actually develop since you are caring for yourself now & have a Dr to help you monitor your condition.

It is great to have the positive attitude that you are keeping.....that is the most important part of staying well.
