Sounds good, if you have a piece of bread or something bland try eating that so your stomach hopefully won't get sick. If you're out of Xanax you might need to go to the ER if it gets really bad. I'm serious, you can't go cold turkey off benzos. Don't be afraid. They can give you an emergency benzo there so you don't have seizures.
