Hello. Does anyone else get obsessive thoughts while walking or having time to yourself? Whenever I am walking, I am afraid to get run over by a car, or the person behind me is someone who wants to hurt me, the person behind is
Possible trigger:
I tend to want to walk faster when someone is behind me because of these obsessive thoughts and I just want them to go away but they don't. I do do a compulsion to try and get rid of them, but I know it's only temporary relief, but still. I was wondering if someone else here does this and is this part of OCD which I think it is or some type of paranoia? Thanks for the response [emoji3].
