I'm presently tapering off imipramine (a TCA) and I'm on two AAP's that are both used as an adjunct. None of them work, which is why I'm tapering off. I've been on just about every class of AD's and none of them have worked.
I've done ECT, that did have some effect on my appetite. As in, I'd totally quit eating and after a few ECT sessions I started eating minimally again.

Today I was actually hungry and I thought the food (I'd even cooked, together with my mum) smelled good. Loaded my plate full. I couldn't even eat half.
