PK,
Hugs to you sweetie. I know exactly how it feels. I used to not be able to cry, though I knew I needed release.
You are right, it will get better.
I've had to learn to ride out the waves.
Take care of yourself.
I've been studying DBT..one of the methods is distraction & self soothing.
When you are down, treat yourself like you have the flu.
Rest, eat well, chill in comfy PJ's, watch a comedy that will make you smile, play Candy Crush, etc.
I know it's hard to want to be motivated to do theses things. Try to make yourself.
Maybe have your boyfriend prepared with these ideas when you get down.
Look up animal videos on you tube. I love watching kittens & puppies playing. That will make your heart smile
Just try to find things that will make you feel relaxed & happy.
Things to pass the time until you feel better. Because tomorrow is a new day & you never know what it's going to bring!
It can be rainbows & unicorns!
