I take Aviane, generic for Yaz. (Actually this thread reminded me to take it today so thanks!)

I haven't noticed weight gain and my skin is most definitely clearing up. I would have breakouts from h*ll before my period before. I'm still a tad emotional but nothing like the intense depression I was feeling before I started taking it. The week or two before, I would have no energy, and the breast tenderness actually made me think I was pregnant. And I was nauseous.

Luckily, it seems the Aviane is working great and I won't have to experiment. Its a low dose deal...so we still use condoms cuz I don't quite trust it for controlling birth but maybe thats my paranoia lol. It sure has helped a TON with the PMS though.
