There's always a risk of that happening if you are open about your condition on the internet & give clues as to your identity,
e.g. showing your face in photos/videos. It sucks, but it's probably not the end of the world...
Personally, there is enough here for someone to recognise me but the chances of them stumbling across it are pretty darn slim.
I have told someone from high school & a friend from Uni about my problems but as far as I can tell, they haven't divulged that to anyone else. If they have, whoever knows is at least respectful enough of my privacy not to bring to my attention...

Depends what time it is, personally if it's before 5am I'd go to sleep even if just for a few hours. However, after 5... in the past I've always opted just to beast on through the day & then end up going to bed early. Thankfully, I never have reason to be awake at these unsociable hours anymore!
