I'm sorry to hear that you are dealing with such a mood.

Have you been tested for a mood disorder? I mean genetically the body can be suffering from its form of chemical imbalances that is readily treated with medication.

Our body is bipolar, and it wasn't because of the individual moods of the other parts. It was a rhythmic cycle that prcceeded in a timely fashion regardless of who was present. The appropriate meds ceased the cycling.

With the bipolar in remission and stabile, the moods of the parts are felt which are distinguishable from the bipolar mood swings.

If that isn't it, have you talked to a T?

When we feel down and out as a system (kinda rare), we'd get close to basics in nature where there are trees and water, letting the stress go and become one with the planet.
