Didn't know I got a response. I am not sure how I am gonna be on the floors in real time how can you explain all of this **** in such a short amount of time? Help desk support is not quick learning takes 8 mos to a year to really know your ****. I am afraid of making mistakes on another BP's end I don't want to be reliable for anything either.

I've been in training for almost a month and we still have proctors helping us. Trust me, I am happy at this new job much better than my previous job hella lot better than working in retail. My explanations, small talk, and empathy needs to be worked on I am used to telling/giving someone orders it's like getting the issue fixed is more important than me sitting here making small talk it's like we can do that afterwards (in reality I can't).

My speaking feels like my English is a 2nd language when it isn't! I'm not saying I can't do the job not sure how I can sound assuring to agents when I can't explain the damn information properly myself and by not sounding so assuring it keeps me on the phone with them even longer. Honestly, in my previous help desk job, I still couldn't get down the wording and I was there for almost 2 yrs.
