I tend to want to walk faster when someone is behind me because of these obsessive thoughts and I just want them to go away but they don't. I do do a compulsion to try and get rid of them, but I know it's only temporary relief, but still. I was wondering if someone else here does this and is this part of OCD which I think it is or some type of paranoia? Thanks for the response [emoji3].

it's normal for girls to fear in road when they walk alone.and people careful for some level when they are walking about accidents.but always think about accidents is OCD, you should balance your awareness in middle level.(not careless or fear everything)
Thanks for this!
