quizzes aren't always a good reflection on you anyway, because you could answer them differently each time you do it.

And if you had a coach, or likewise with any therapy, or mindfulness retreat's or classes, I tend to be good at what I'm doing, then afterwards slip back down again, but overall I have improved slightly - so I think this is normal, it is for me anyway - In the mindfulnesss retreats, they talk about diligence, forcing yourself to be mindful reguarly, and this is something I fail miserably at, but each retreat I go to, it helps massively. And rather supressing emotions, it's more about being aware of them.
