Hello. So I tried to lose weight a while ago. I lost 20 pounds. Now, I regained it all back, and even an extra 10 pounds, I like food a lot. It tastes so good and it makes me feel happy so that's why I eat a lot, mainly junk food. I also do this because my mom says no to junk food all the time, and my dad doesn't care really. I exercise by walking 15 mins every weekday morning and 15-20 mins in the afternoon by walking. There is no short-term reward for losing weight. I just do it because others want me to, but I want to look healthy for once. I started eating too much when I became depressed 5 years ago. I have been using LoseIt. It's a great app, but again, no motivation to lose weight. I think I do enough exercise in a day. I do soccer once a week also. But I am overloaded right now so I'm super stressed and don't get enough sleep at all. I want to sleep more, but I feel like I don't have enough time. Anyways, any tips to stay motivated would be good. I feel all or nothing for food. Like I eat food or don't eat food. Thanks for the response [emoji3].
