i hope this doesn't sound unsupportive somehow... but it seems to be that as wonderful as she may be, she has crossed and significantly blurred the boundaries. She has become more your friend than your therapist and that is not the way things should work for a healthy T-client relationship. It's not a sexual thing so i assume it's less risky (my assumption) but the power dynamic is still there no matter what. It's not equal, as friends or anything else. She should know this. A relationship as friends would be difficult to be fair really.. but she certainly should not be your therapist at this point.
