Just an opinion on my part, and I don't know anything about your medical history, but I can tell you, at 20 mg, it contributed to me being suicidal, so I backed off to 10 mg. At that dosage, I still feel really good, no peeing out my butt (sorry, I know that's crude, rude and socially unacceptable, but well...it's the BEST description and everyone here knows it! LOL!
) and I'm a lot calmer. At 20 mg, I was more of a 'Tigger' than a 'Werewoman'. Luckily, there was no serious damage to my abode...
At 10mg, I'm more functional

I know...) At least, I think I am...I could be wrong. I was wrong once before.
Seriously, though, I've been on every SSRI there is, and this is the only one I can not only tolerate, but I seem to thrive on.
