That's what happened to me!! My counselor had me do something similar to this, but it stressed me out, it was an added burden. I kept wondering if everything I was doing would qualify as an entry in the journal.
But actually, Nishan, thank you so much for this post, because your template looks a little bit more simplified. When I did it before it was starting from scratch every time. I like that this one sort of has a constant form to it and you could have the same sort of events pre-written within it everyday. Plus - the section where you can say : no (i didn't do this today) - it's nice to see and to have that 'win'.
