My depression will disappear for a week and then come back with a vengeance. I have major family problems but I can usually push it aside and focus on college. But when this gloom occurs, it is relentless!! I cant think, I have brain fog, and I just lay in bed, I also don't eat and become incredibly thin. I have assignments due and I try to get them done but it feels like I am lifting a boulder.
I really cant see a doctor because my health insurance has not been paid...its complicated.
Any natural remedies or personal therapy that could help?
