Having this heat wave, I'm very conscious of my time outside in the heat and humidity, since in the past several years, I have become totally intolerant of it. Quite by accident, I read a post here on PC about antidepressants causing heat intolerance and even heat stroke. This was three months ago, and after reading that, and doing some research online to confirm it, I began breaking my 40 mg. tabs in half...for three months now, and having no ill side effects other than a week or so of anxiety with students at the end of school year chaos.
Though we are having record high temps and humidity here, I am certain I am doing better. I've actually even been able to go outside and do some work around my house, which I would never have been able to do in the past several years.
