"And really weird things happen to me, like if I'm thinking of something I'll then hear someone mentioning exactly what I was thinking! Or for example if I'm thinking of a song (it can be any random song, even one that's not in the charts), and then I'll hear that song playing!"

That's a good thing. It means you are in tune with the world around you. You should go with it.

People may be different than you are. But they are not really robots. Robots can't hurt you anyways. And they have the right to try to be real people. (not to reinforce the robot thing or anything)

You shouldn't worry about it. You should forget about it. But also remember that people are not perfect by any means -- your expectations should not be lofty. They often have very different interests than you have.

You should find people who have a similar interest as you do. These people may also not be as human as you would like them to be but at least you will not find yourself in conflict.

You know, as you mature from child to adult your interests change. But not all at once or necessarily so completely that you become a robot. So you may be reminiscent of childhood and still wish to retain this aspect of your personality. Engaging others who display adult-like behavior does not destroy your other interests. As you do mature, the adult behavior does replace the behavior of your youth. It does not mean that your youth has been destroyed. It is only an addition to your personality.
