Th only time I even think about breathing is when I am very anxious or stressed out. At those times I can't draw an easy breath. I have found some ways of relieving that stress and anxiety that works most of the time. When I draw that first easy natural breath then I know what I'm doing is working. Any other time breathing is just a normal reflexive action.
I'm sure many will find your link very helpful and it was thoughtful of you to post it.
