Thanks, all

My favorite weather is cloudy gray skies or those milky white winter skies (as some others have mentioned too). I notice it is connected with depression. This is one of those days for me unfortunately. I'm going to try to ride my exercise bike to see if that helps. I feel like I have a hangover, but I no longer drink and I got plenty of sleep. I'm all shaky and can't focus. Usually exercising helps if I can make myself do it.
