I put my diagnoses and medication in my signature. I do it because it's easier for me not to repeat myself (though I do a lot) and so it's easier for people to relate other people in general. Like, as another poster said, so it doesn't make you feel alone. I know many people get attached to labels (which I am finding myself starting to do), but I don't think it's the label that matters, it's what you make out of the person who deals with something like that everyday. It's kinda like wearing one of those medical bracelets to let other people know in case of an emergency. I do it just in case I do something wrong in my opinion so people don't get mad at me. I am very submissive and angry people make this trait show out and I get super anxious. Anyways, this is my opinion on it. Oh ya, also, so people know what medication you are/have been on and to ask how you reacted to it and what you found out about that medication. It helps people understand a bit. Though it is explained everyone reacts differently to medication but.
