What you are going through is called growing up. The things you are thinking is a very good thing.....you are trying to establish your own values, your own identity, figuring out your own thoughts. This is the most important part of growth.....& if it isn't done at this point in life, it is even harder to do later on.

These are things my husband never delt with when he was young.....he didn't even think about those things & now they are bitting him in the rear at the age of 55. They are issues that you need to be solid with before getting you life involved with another, so that you know who you are. I ask him questions like you are thinking about & all I get is an "I don't know" answer. It is not an overnight process......but it is a valuable part of life that you will never regret going through. It is also a process that continues throughout life in order to be able to adapt to what life throws at you......just having these questions in your mind & recognizing that they have to be answered is the best place to start. You can only be successful on the path you are on.....even though it is rough. Putting the energy into your life will pay off & make you a stronger person, able to handle what your in store for you.
