I have a love hate relationship with the sun. The heat and direct sunlight tend to cause my SLE symptoms to flare up but I find that sitting in the sun getting my daily dose of natural vitamin D does wonders for my overall mood. I don't like the joint pain or the nausea that the sun brings on if I am in it for more then 15 minutes but there is nothing quite like the natural mood boost that the sunlight gives me so I try and get 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon, weather permitting of course. Once we hit late Fall /early Winter the sun is hard to find around these parts.
Thanks for this!
