It depends on the person. According to studies, 50% of people with ADHD as a kid "goes away". I have a friend who was diagnosed as a kid with Aspergers, but she isn't diagnosed with it anymore though autism is life long, but she has learn how to deal with it, so her psychologist doesn't consider her to have "Aspergers" on her diagnosis anymore.
Anyways, do you still consider yourself to have ADHD symptoms? If you do, you could try to bring it up with your mental health specialist. Hope this helps
